Working with Ski Bonjour

Seasonaire Jobs

Work hard, ski hard and play a little as well in the French Alps!

Our staff are an integral part of our unique holiday experience, ensuring guests receive exceptionally high standards of service with a personal, relaxed touch, and making the difference between a ‘good’ and a ‘great’ holiday.

We cannot overstate the impact that our staff have on the success of our business, as well as, most importantly, the enjoyment of our guests staying with us. For that reason, we look for skilled, experienced individuals and couples who are enthusiastic and passionate about working with us in a skiing environment.

We want to make sure that our staff enjoy working for us, as much as guests love staying with us. They spend their winter seasons looking after our guests, so our job is to look after them and we have a brilliant reputation for staff care. As an independent, family-run company, we can offer you an amazing winter experience with great benefits. In addition to a competitive salary, plus an end of season bonus, we offer a great benefits package for staff:

All staff have the opportunity to ski six days each week, with one full day off per week.

We recruit throughout the year for the following positions:

Please note that all work is seasonal, commencing around the beginning of December and continuing for approximately five months until the end of April. All positions include accommodation and are based in and around Tignes and Val d’Isère in the Espace Killy ski area.  To find out more about what it’s really like to work a ski season with Ski Bonjour read our blog ‘Working a Season: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly!’.

Our jobs are not for shrinking violets! You must be outgoing and confident, with a fantastic sense of humour and great interpersonal skills. We look for candidates who demonstrate an excellent work ethic, are willing to take on responsibility and have a good eye for detail. You will need to perform professionally and consistently throughout the length of the season.

Working within small teams, you must be committed to providing the highest standards of customer service, spotless chalets and high quality catering for which Ski Bonjour is known. Our belief is that for our guests, nothing is too much trouble. All of our roles will involve regular, consistent contact with guests and so your priority, whether you are working in the largest of our chalets with seven other staff or in our smallest chalets with just one other person, is to provide exceptional service while creating a home from home, relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

All applicants must be physically fit, non-smokers and not use illegal drugs of any kind. You must have a full UK National Insurance Number, UK or EU Passport valid for the duration of the season, as well as a UK bank account in order to be considered for a role with Ski Bonjour. We are interested in both individuals and couples to fill our vacancies.

All of the jobs we offer require considerable work and life experience and are therefore unsuitable for school leavers.

Alcohol Policy

It is our aim to provide relaxed, safe and enjoyable conditions for our guests, staff and directors. This demands exemplary behaviour from our staff at all times, both in working hours and during time off. While staff are permitted to drink alcohol in moderation, we operate a zero tolerance policy to alcohol abuse as detailed in our Responsible Drinking Policy.
