On most ski holidays you can only ski for six days but with Ski Bonjour, you can ski for eight, including Saturdays, which are the quietest days on the pistes! If you arrive early on a Sunday morning and wish to ski for that day, with prior arrangement we can make sure there will be somewhere for you to change and store your luggage. Where possible, subject to availability & a small additional cost, you are welcome to join us for breakfast if you arrive in time (this can be booked in advance, but will be charged locally). If you want to make the most of your days and ski on the last Sunday of your holiday, you can leave luggage with us for the day and there will be space for you to change, with a shower available, where possible. We ask that guests who ski on this day, return to the chalet, change and collect luggage by 3:45pm, vacating the chalet by 4:30pm, in order that arriving guests can enjoy their first afternoon tea.
If you arrive between breakfast and 2:00pm on changeover day, please note that in the mornings, chalet staff have the priority of ensuring departing guests leave smoothly and preparing rooms for the arriving guests, which may mean that nobody is there to greet you on your arrival, in which case you will need to ring the doorbell and wait for assistance.
If you choose to arrive on a different day, it is likely that staff will only be in the chalet between the hours of 8:00-10:30am, and 6:30-9:00pm, which means you will need to time your arrival accordingly. All chalet staff have one day a week off (usually Thursdays) which means that there will not be anyone to greet you if you arrive on that day. If you arrive when staff are not in the chalet, all our chalets have key codes which will allow you to wait in the chalet sitting rooms until staff arrive to assist you. Please let us know if this is the case, so that we can advise you and make arrangements in advance to ensure your arrival runs smoothly.
