Arriving at Your Ski Chalet

Arriving at your Ski Bonjour chalet

We know that your time in resort is precious and therefore we aim to be as flexible as possible to ensure that you can maximise your time on the slopes. Our chalets are not manned 24 hours per day therefore we have provided some additional information to help ensure you have a smooth arrival and your holiday gets off to a good start. If you have any questions about any aspect of your holiday please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

The majority of our holidays run from Sunday to Sunday, only two of our chalets run from Saturday to Saturday (Bonjour-Rosko and Bonjour-Tourelle). For all chalets we aim to have rooms ready from 2pm on arrival day.  If you are driving, you will be able to unload outside all of our chalets, then you will need to park your car in one of the car parks.  This ‘Driving to resort’ guide is a helpful resource with directions and parking facilities for each chalet.

On changeover day our staff will be working hard to ensure that departing guests leave smoothly and preparing the chalet for the arrival of the next week’s guests. If you are planning to arrive before 2pm please contact the UK office prior to departure to confirm that an early arrival is possible. If you do arrive prior to 2pm staff may not be immediately available to greet you therefore please ring the doorbell and wait for assistance.

On non-changeover days the chalets are only manned between the hours of 8:00-10:30am, and 6:30-9:00pm. If you are arriving on a non-changeover day please contact the UK office to confirm arrival arrangements.

All chalet staff have one day a week off (usually Thursdays) which means that there will not be anyone to greet you if you arrive on that day. If you arrive when staff are not in the chalet, all our chalets have key codes which will allow you to wait in the chalet sitting rooms until staff arrive to assist you. Please let us know if this is the case, so that we can advise you and make arrangements in advance to ensure your arrival runs smoothly.

On most ski holidays you can only ski for six days but with Ski Bonjour, you can ski for eight, including Saturdays, which are the quietest days on the pistes! If you would like to ski on the day you arrive or the day you depart please contact the UK office to confirm that we can accommodate your request. Where possible and with prior arrangement we will confirm if we can provide luggage storage and changing facilities. Please note this is not possible in some of our smaller chalets.

In our larger chalets (Bonjour-Bonjour, Bonjour-Panoramique, Bonjour-Tourelle and Bonjour-Rosko) you are also welcome to join us for breakfast if you arrive in time (this can be booked in advance, but will be charged locally).

To contact us feel free to call us at our UK office, email us directly at ski@skibonjour.com or alternatively please complete our online enquiry form below and we will contact you to discuss your enquiry.
