Ali, Becky and Jess have excellent knowledge of our chalets and the wider resorts and can offer the best advice on making a booking. They will discuss and confirm your requirements with you, advise you on any additional arrangements and manage payment.
The guest making a booking will be designated the group leader for their party and will receive all correspondence from us (unless otherwise agreed) relating to their booking. No bookings are confirmed until a deposit is paid and the group leader has been sent a confirmation email. Other details supplied include log in details for the group leader to register the group details within seven days of confirming the holiday. This acts as acceptance of your holiday details and our terms and conditions. The group leader is also responsible for ensuring that all other group members’ details are correct, that all guests have adequate insurance and for collecting full payment for the holiday, which is payable 12 weeks before departure. If not received by the due date, Ski Bonjour reserves the right to recharge any discounts or cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
You can provisionally book rooms in a catered chalet, which will be held for up to 24 hours (unless otherwise agreed). After that time, we will cancel that holding unless it has been confirmed with the payment of a deposit of £100 per guest. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and if booked within twelve weeks of departure, the full cost of the holiday must be paid within 2 days to confirm the booking.
